I love cooking with garlic! I love a good garlic press but also love the slight differences you get when you use a rasp like this one here. Simply rub the clove of garlic on the rasp and add it to the dish you are cooking.
This piece is made of stoneware clay drawn on and fired to about 1900 degrees. Then covered in a clear glaze, and a black glaze and fired again to about 2200 degrees.
